Since our focus is primarily on collecting, we are of course more than happy to help our customers complete their collection. Some items are harder to find than others, which is why we have created "wish lists". Here, as a customer, you can indicate that you would like to add a certain item to your collection, even if it is currently unavailable.

It is for this reason that, unlike most websites, we continue to offer a number of items on our site, even if they are no longer in stock. You can find these in the "Archive" section. (Still to be created). Here we keep the complete collection of a number of collections such as WDCC, Disney Traditions, Pooh & Friends, etc. This can be used as a tool to look up original values, and you can also see at what price we last sold this item. But above all, it gives you the opportunity to put something on your wish list. In the meantime, you can of course continue searching yourself.

You can place your search requests when you visit the store, or send an email, or add them to your wish list here on the website. Will we actively scour the market for this product? That would be a nice service, but unfortunately there is no time for that at the moment. What does happen is that customers regularly ask us for help in selling their collections, and it is at this moment that we are going to try to "match" this offer to the wish lists in our system. At that moment we can contact you, without any obligation, to report the availability and price. Depending on the price, whether you are still looking for the article, your personal situation at that moment, you then choose whether or not to respond.
This way you can ensure that we contact you first before we make the article public.

Are wish lists valid forever? No.
They actually remain valid as long as you remain a customer of our store. If it has really been too long ago, then it is sometimes unnecessary, and sometimes even embarrassing, to contact someone about an wish-list article. We use a maximum period of 2 years for this. If we have not seen you for more than 2 years, then we will no longer bother you about wish-lists..
