1. APPLICABILITY
These conditions apply to all orders, offers and agreements via our website. Deviations from these are only valid after they have been agreed with us in writing.
2. PRODUCT RANGE AND ORDERS
Our range consists of merchandise and collectibles inspired by Disney. We are not an official Disney store and are independent of The Walt Disney Company. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices and product information without prior notice. An order is only final after receipt of payment and confirmation by e-mail.
3. PAYMENT
We accept payments via Bancontact and credit card. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped. In case of payment problems, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We aim to ship orders within 2 to 4 working days. The delivery time is indicative and no rights can be derived from this. Shipping costs are clearly stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you about an alternative solution or refund.
5. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. The costs for return shipping are for the account of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. After receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days, provided that it is undamaged and is the same product that we originally sent. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
6. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
We offer a warranty in accordance with the legal provisions of Belgian consumer law. If a product is defective upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days. Complaints can be reported via dnexus.online@dnexus-collectibles.be or the contact form. We will respond within 14 days and strive for an appropriate solution. If a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you can contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service (www.consumentenombudsdienst.be) or use the ODR platform of the European Commission (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
7. LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages or loss of profit. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use of our products.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All images, texts and content on our website are the property of www.dnexus-collectibles.be or the respective rights holders. Copying, distributing or commercially using our content without permission is not permitted.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We treat your personal data with care and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian privacy legislation. Your data will only be used for order processing, customer service and, if consent has been given, marketing purposes. 10. CHANGE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version can always be found on our website.
11. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These conditions are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Antwerp. Consumers can also appeal to out-of-court dispute resolution via the Consumer Ombudsman Service or the ODR platform of the European Commission.
