For some time now we have started offering pre-sale promotions. We have recently structured this, and it will be applied to a large part of the offered collections. Pre-sale is a way to create a win-win situation. A win for us because we get a good picture of the interest in a figurine and the required number of copies, and a win for the customer because they can be sure to get a copy of a desired figurine.
How does this work in practice?
When a new release is announced (Disney Traditions, Britto,...) we start a pre-sale discount of 20% on the official recommended retail price. The early birds can then make use of this and be sure of their reservation as we respect the booking order. Subsequently, and this up to 6 months after the figurines have actually been delivered to us, this discount will continue to apply. After that, it will be evaluated per figurine which discount will remain valid until the moment of retirement.
Please note that these discounts apply to the final sales price! This is usually as announced from the start, but it can also happen that prices are adjusted, downwards or upwards, and then we must of course follow along. In that case, as a customer, you will have the option to cancel the pre-sale reservation without obligation in the event of significant changes (> 10%).
What do you need to do?
Initially, you only need to request the reservation via the site or via email, whereby you choose a full payment, or a partial payment as a deposit (10% met een minimum van 10€). We will then take care of the further follow-up. However, we do ask you to pick up the reservation quickly upon delivery, or to pay the remainder if any, if you cannot come by immediately. As a rule, we work with a collection period of 2 weeks.
In this way, we hope to better respond to the demand for collectibles, because this way we are certain that we have enough in stock, without having to make unnecessary investments.
Please note: Advance payments are considered operating costs for our administrative and financial efforts, which will be deducted from the actual purchase and cannot therefore be reclaimed or used for anything else.
